The design features a shield whereon is emblazoned the 7-lamp menorah. There are also 6 trumpets, sucha s held by heralds: three facing each side of the shield. The text reads, “& the Spiritof the Lord is upon me: the Spirit of Wisdom & Understanding; the Spirit of Counsel and Might; the Spirit of Knowledge & Reverential Obedience unto the LORD. He has made me of Quick understanding. The Reverence (& Obedience) of the LORD is my delight.”
